As United States Marshal, Scott helped establish partnerships that empowered local deputies to work across jurisdictional lines, leading to the capture of hundreds of violent offenders wanted for serious crimes. He also coordinated multi-agency initiatives such as Operation Surprise, which achieved full compliance among registered sex offenders in St. Tammany Parish through proactive enforcement and accountability.
As Sheriff, Scott will continue building strong relationships with local, state, and federal agencies to ensure deputies have access to the intelligence, technology, and resources needed to address today's evolving public safety challenges.
